We begin with a warm Onboarding Session, preparing you for a season of transformation. From there, we meet twice each week live on Zoom (6–8 PM EST). These are not passive lectures — they are interactive trainings where I teach you directly, answer questions in real time and help you apply refinement to your daily life.

For flexibility, select sessions — like Heels Foundation, Elegant Walk for Social Events, and Posing for Social Events — are available on demand. Replays are always accessible, so even if life interrupts, you never miss a moment.

Between classes, you’ll receive elegant PDF resources and guided home practices, allowing the knowledge to sink from your mind into your movements. And throughout, a private Elegant Community surrounds you — a warm, discreet space to share wins, ask questions and refine together.
